IZAR CUTTING TOOLS, S.A.L. is a social economy company which manufactures and distributes cutting tools (drill bits, end mills, taps...) for industrial & professional uses.

Our objective is to be recognized as the leader in producing and distributing cutting tools for industrial use in our domestic market.

We aim to be one of the most important HSS & HM twist drill and end mill manufacturers in Europe.

Our permanent staff consists of 190 highly qualified people. IZAR´s export department works with 80 different countries, all EU countries, USA, Canada and most of Latin American countries. We are also the leaders in our industry in the Spanish market.

Products

Right from the start in 1910, our speciality has been the production of precision cutting tools (drill bits, end mills, taps...) for different industrial uses, such as drilling, reaming, counterboring, threading, milling and turning. We also offer a wide range of tools for hardware and building sectors.

We produce our twist drills & end mills in high speed steel (HSS, HSSE & HSSE-8%Co), PMX and HM in order to improve the results in cutting and drilling.

Our tools design and advanced geometry assure the best finishing and performance in all materials designed.

The use of modern coatings allows an increase in the cutting speed up to 40% with TIN and up to 75% with TIALN.

IZAR is commited to Total Quality Management according to the EFQM European model, as proved obtaining the Diploma that commits the company to progress towards achieving Euskalit Foundation's silver Q.

IZAR continues progressing towards Total Quality, as ISO 9001:2000 & ISO 14001:2004 (SGI 1199377 approved by Lloyd's Register Quality Assurance) & VPA (TK 5133-662 norm).

IZAR undertakes to ship the same day any order received before 6pm, being delivered in less than 24h anywhere inside the country (stock products inside Spain, excluding islands).
